If the lift has maintenance/lift/patrol clearance, they can load club members. All chairs carrying foot passengers will need to be stopped so this will need to be managed.

·  The lift operator may allow you to ride the chair if you tell them you are staying at the Pinnacle lodge, even if you don’t have a lift pass. This is at the discretion of the lift operator so please be prepared to walk if required.

·  During normal operating hours Whakapapa Holdings Limited require ski/board passengers only with one bag which must be carried by the individual.
